Reception hours for the citizens of Ukraine, foreign citizens and stateless persons:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

9.00 – 11.00 – submission of applications, consultations on consular issues

11.30 – 12.30 – issuance of completed documents, consultations on consular issues

15.00 – 16.00 - submission of applications, consultations on consular issues

16.00 – 17.00 - issuance of completed documents, consultations on consular issues

 

Disabled persons, pregnant women, gravely ill and also applicants with minors (under the age of 14) are received out of turn.

In case of an emergency and force majeure situations (loss of passport documents, road traffic accident, death, arrest etc.) consular service of the citizens of Ukraine may be provided during the off hours and on weekends/official holidays.

Consultations on consular issues by phone are provided daily from 14.30 till 18.00 (except weekends and official holidays).

Exceptionally in case of an emergency on the territory of Switzerland or Liechtenstein (anthropogenic and natural disasters, acts of terrorism, mass unrests and riots, injuries/deaths of the citizens of Ukraine, other threats for health and life of our nationals) during the off hours, on weekends/official holidays, it is required to call the hotline of the Embassy - +41 78 976 05 64 and inform the officer on duty about the following:

1. Your Last name and Given names;

2. Your location address;

3. Fact of an emergency case.

4. Contact details for communication.

The information will be immediately delivered to officer in charge and you will receive necessary assistance.
