In 1993 graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the State University of Uzhgorod with a diploma of merit

1993-1995 secondary school teacher, Transcarpathian region

1995-1998 trainee, attaché, third secretary, Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Hungary

1998-2000 second secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

2000-2003 second, first secretary, Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Belgium

2003-2004 consul, Consulate General of Ukraine in Nyiregyhaza, Republic of Hungary

2004-2005 head of analysis and planning section, Department of Consular Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

2005-2006 Deputy Head of Cabinet of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
