The Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) met in Copenhagen on Friday 24 November 2017, in the context of the Danish Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers (November 2017-May 2018).
There have been debates on “Democracy hacked. How to respond?”.
Representatives of the Medzelis of the Crimean Tatar people Ahmet Chiyhoz and Rustem Umerov also visited Copenhagen. Mr Chiyhoz was present at the meeting of the PACE Standing Committee and met with PACE Chairman Stella Kyriakides, as well as members of parliamentary delegations from Turkey, Belgium and others.
