The Embassy of Ukraine in Tajikistan hosted an exhibition dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Holodomor
On November 25, 2017, on Holodomors (Famines) Victims Memorial Day a photo exhibition dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Holodomor of 1932–1933 in Ukraine was held at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The guests of the diplomatic mission had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the materials of the photo exposition “Executed by Hunger” provided by the National Museum “Memorial to Victims of Holodomor”, the brochures “Holodomor 1932-1933 Did Not Break Us” and “Holodomor 1932-1933: Communist Genocide in Ukraine”, provided by the Ukrainian Institute of the national memory, as well as the thematic press-release of the Embassy.
Memorial event was attended by representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora, Tajik public and youth, diplomatic corps.
