Le Vice-Ministre des Affaires étrangères d’Ukraine Sergiy KYSLYTSYA a accueilli l’Ambassadeur Extraordinaire et Plénipotentiaire de la République Algérienne Démocratique et Populaire en Ukraine S.E.M. Hocine BOUSSOUARA.

Les Parties ont discuté des questions clés des relations bilatérales, en particulier des mesures pratiques visant à relancer le dialogue politique. A été confirmée la disponibilité mutuelle à poursuivre l’intensification de la coopération commerciale et économique approfondie.

Un échange de vues a eu lieu sur des dossiers internationaux pressants notamment sur le développement de la situation dans la région de l'Afrique du Nord et du Moyen-Orient.

On 19 February 2018, Ukraine filed its Memorial in arbitration proceedings against the Russian Federation under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (“UNCLOS”).  The Memorial establishes that Russia has violated Ukraine’s sovereign rights in the Black Sea, Sea of Azov, and Kerch Strait.
