On 30 November - 1 December 2021, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will take part in the meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Riga upon the invitation of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
The ministers will discuss the aggravation by the Russian Federation of the security situation near the state border and on the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as Russia's aggressive actions against Europe in the energy, information and humanitarian fields.
The head of Ukrainian diplomacy will brief NATO allies about the current security situation, discuss practical steps to strengthen the security of Ukraine and its citizens, as well as a comprehensive package to deter Russia from further aggression.
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will also hold a number of bilateral meetings with ministers of foreign affairs.
On 1 December 2021, at 4:00 pm Kyiv time (GMT+2), the Foreign Minister of Ukraine will hold a press conference following the participation in the NATO ministerial meeting and talks in Riga.
The press conference will take place online on the Zoom platform. Journalists will be able to ask questions after the minister's remarks.
