Minister Vadym Prystaiko and foreign ambassadors marked the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language
On November 8, 2019, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko invited foreign Ukrainian-speaking ambassadors to Ukrainian dinner at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Ambassadors also took part in a nationwide event and joined the All-Ukrainian Radio Dictation of National Unity.
The event has been dedicated to the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language, which is celebrated annually on the Day of honoring the memory of Nestor the Chronicler.
The event was attended by Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Anka Feldhusen, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Melinda Simmons, Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania Marius Janukonis, Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova Ruslan Bolbocean, Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia Juris Poikāns, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway Ole T. Horpestad, Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus Igor Sokol, Ambassador of Hungary István Íjgyártó.
