Below are the conditions for entry for private / tourist purposes. To enter for the purpose of study, work or other activity, an appropriate visa is usually required. Please read Visa information.
Attention: the mode of entry below is only possible if you have a valid passport of the country of your citizenship (listed in the "Nationality" column).
If you are the holder of a refugee document (according to the Geneva Convention) or a stateless person, you always need a visa to enter.

* Foreign diplomatic and consular missions of Ukraine stopped their activities on the territory of the russian federation.
Citizens of the russian federation residing in the territories of the third countries with temporary or permanent permission of stay can apply for their Ukrainian visas through Ukraine’s diplomatic missions of Ukraine or visa centers managed by the external service provider (the VFS Global).
Citizens of the russian federation who are temporarily reside in the republic of belarus, Georgia and the Republic of Kazakhstan can apply for their Ukrainian visas through Ukraine’s diplomatic missions or visa centers managed by the external service provider (the VFS Global) in these countries (if available).
**Visa-free entry and stay for up to 90 days within 180 days, as well as transit through the territory of Ukraine for nationals of the United Kingdom for up till 30 January 2024 was extended by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 2 January 2023 no. 1/2023 “On Amending the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 29 January 2020 no. 28".
