On April 2, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will visit The Hague, the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister will hold a number of bilateral talks, including with his Dutch counterpart Hanke Bruins Slot, and will also attend a ministerial conference "Restoring Justice for Ukraine".
The conference’s purpose is to discuss point 7 ‘Restoration of Justice’ of President Zelenskyy's Peace Formula and to review the results of documenting and investigating crimes committed by the Russian occupiers on the territory of Ukraine. Particular attention will also be paid to further steps toward the establishment of a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
In addition to the organizers of the conference—Ukraine, the Netherlands, and the European Commission—the event will also be attended by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, the President of Eurojust, representatives of the International Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (RD4U), the International Center for the Prosecution of Crimes of Aggression against Ukraine (ICPA), and others.
The conference will conclude with the signing of a political declaration.
