Taking into account the repeated requests of our partners, we would like to remind that the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs contains information about the regulation of entry/exit of Ukrainian citizens to/from the territory of foreign countries.

Abovementioned information includes, in particular, the regulation of entry into the occupied territory of Nagorno-Karabakh (Azerbaijan Republic) and the adjacent regions, as well as the regulation of entry into the occupied territory of Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region/South Ossetia (Georgia).

Ukraine consistently supports sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan Republic and Georgia within their internationally recognized borders.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine strongly recommends that Ukrainian citizens while deciding to visit the occupied territories of Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region/South Ossetia, as well as the adjacent regions, follow the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Violation of this legislation entails administrative and criminal liability.
