Within the framework of the official visit to the Republic of Panama, the Minister for Foreign Affairs Leonid Kozhara participated in the opening ceremony of the Honorary Consulate of Ukraine.

Delivering his speech, the Minister emphasized the important role of Ukraine’s Honorary Consulate in deepening the Ukraine-Panama cooperation as well as its protective role over Ukrainian citizens in the Republic of Panama.
