During the meeting the current condition and prospects of further development of mutually beneficial cooperation between Ukraine and Kuwait in political, trade economic and humanitarian fields were discussed, as well as collaboration of the two countries within the framework of the international organizations.

Special attention was paid to the issue of holding the Second Session of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Kuwaiti Commission on economic, technical and trade cooperation. 

The interlocutors exchanged views on the situation in the Middle Eastern region, specifically in Syria.
