First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Ruslan Demchenko receives Ambassador of Italy to Ukraine Fabrizio Romano

During the meeting topical issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed and the importance of intensification of political dialogue between Ukraine and Italy was emphasized.
Also, the interest to further deepening of the economic and investment cooperation and to the holding of the 8th Meeting of the Ukrainian-Italian Council on Trade, Industrial and Financial Cooperation was underlined.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of European integration of Ukraine in the context of the forthcoming signature of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
