In New York, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine meets Minister for Foreign Affairs of Fiji

During his visit to the United Nations Headquarters in New York for the purpose of taking part in the General Debate of the United Nations General Assembly sixty eighth session, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara held a working meeting with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Fiji Ratu Kubuabola.
The parties signed the Joint Communique on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Fiji.
The foreign ministers of Ukraine and the Republic of Fiji also discussed economic and trade cooperation between two countries, as well as the establishment of bilateral legal and treaty framework.
Furthermore the parties exchanged views on particular aspects of the cooperation between the delegations of Ukraine and the Republic of Fiji in the United Nations.
