Participants of the meeting also were Didier Burkhalter, Vice-President and Foreign Minister of Switzerland, Eamon Gilmor, Tanaiste and Minister for Foreign Affaires and Trade of Ireland, and Ivan Mrkich, Minister for Foreign Affaires of Serbia.

In course of the meeting Ministers have discussed topical issues of the OSCE agenda, namely politico-military, economic-environmental and human dimensions in the OSCE region. The parties to the meeting have paid special attention to the discussion of practical aspects of elaborating concept “Helsinki + 40” and the issue of “protracted conflicts”.

Leonid Kozhara has invited the participants to take part in the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting to be held in Kyiv on 5-6 December, 2013 .
