OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara  met with Vice-Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov during his visit to Turkmenistan.

The sides stressed the importance of the conference “Energy security and sustainability- the OSCE perspective” for gaining the attention of the OSCE participating States and Partners with regards to cooperation on questions of energy security.

The parties also exchanged views on bilateral cooperation of mutual interest between Ukraine and Turkmenistan, with a view to further broaden and deepen all-round mutually beneficial cooperation both bilaterally and within regional and international formats.
