February 11, 2011 during the official visit to the Republic of Armenia Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine K.I.Gryshchenko held negotiations with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia E.A.Nalbandian.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation as well as important issues of international agenda. They emphasized their intention to invigorate significantly bilateral cooperation in all spheres of mutual interest.

As a result of the negotiations the parties signed the Programme on Ukrainian-Armenian Cooperation for 2011-2012 and Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
