Ministers discussed current internal situation in Ukraine, in particular the development of the events in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Acting Minister Andrii Deshchytsia informed his colleague about the actions of Ukrainian Government to prevent military aggression from the Russian Federation.

M. Lidegaard emphasized that Denmark strongly condemns any kind of violation of Ukraine’s territorial integrity and already called for Russia at any circumstances not to deploy military force.

Martin Lidegaard expressed his readiness to visit Ukraine in the nearest time on the invitation of his Ukrainian colleague.
