March 28, 2014, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Danylo Lubkivsky had a telephone conversation with First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Petr Drulak.
During the meeting the development of relations between Ukraine and the Czech Republic as well as priority tasks of bilateral political dialogue for the near future were discussed. D.Lubkivsky stressed that the cooperation with the Czech Republic has unique political, social and cultural weight.
The Deputy Minister expressed his gratitude to the Czech Side for strong support of territorial integrity of Ukraine and also for condemning the so-called referendum in the Crimea as illegitimate.
D.Lubkivsky also thanked the Czech Republic for co-authorship the draft resolution on territorial integrity of Ukraine, adopted by the UN General Assembly on March 27, 2014.
