Ambassador A.Remy laid stress on importance of holding presidential elections in Ukraine in compliance with democratic procedures. He also confirmed that France was ready to provide expert assistance for this purpose. The ambassador informed of sending to Ukraine a consultant for holding elections in a crisis situation.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the issue of European integration of Ukraine, in particular, the signing of the economic and sectoral part of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.

They also exchanged views on Ukraine-France cooperation prospects, intensification of their political dialogue.
