During the meeting Deputy Minister Lubkivsky presented his analysis of the situation in Ukraine. The U.S. diplomat welcomed Ukraine’s steps aimed at implementing President Poroshenko’s Peace Plan.
Danylo Lubkivsky and Gregory Kausner discussed specific projects of bilateral cooperation in security sphere. The diplomats agreed to facilitate greater coordination in this matter between the defense ministries.
