The Minister expressed his condolences to the people of the Netherlands and Australia due to the crash of Malaysia Airlines aircraft and assured that Ukrainian authorities render all possible assistance to secure independent, transparent and effective investigation.

They stressed the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands concerning the Investigations Regarding the Accident of the Downing of Civilian Aircraft, Malaysian Airlines Flight MH 17, which will be signed in the presence of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

The Dutch and Australian Ministers expressed their gratitude to the President and Government of Ukraine for their assistance and confirmed position of their countries on support of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
