Today in Brussels, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini signed the Agreement between Ukraine and the EU on the status of the EU advisory mission for civilian security sector reform Ukraine.
