The sides expressed concern over the deterioration of the situation in Eastern Ukraine, condemned the terrorist attacks in Volnovakha, Donetsk and Mariupol and noted the importance of further consolidation of international efforts to resolve peacefully the crisis.

The sides also exchanged views on key issues of Ukrainian-Moldovan agenda, including strengthening the bilateral cooperation in all areas of common interest.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the Transnistrian settlement.
