February 4. Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin met with State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Georgia Davit Bakradze.
Ministers discussed further development of Ukrainian-Georgian relations, reiterated mutual support for territorial integrity of both states. They also stressed upon the willingness to strengthen bilateral cooperation and exchange experience on the reforms process.
The ways of interaction on the matters related to the European integration of Ukraine and Georgia, particularly implementation of the association agreements with the European Union were outlined.
Special attention was attached to the issues of regional security, especially in the Black Sea region and Caucasus.
