On May 18, 2010 Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleksander Horin met the Vietnamese delegation led by the Head of External Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Hoang Bihn Quan.

During the meeting issues of further development of traditionally friendly relations between Ukraine and Vietnam, especially in the context of the preparation of bilateral high level visits and further strengthening trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation were discussed.
