On March 25 in Oslo First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Nataliia Galibarenko met with the members of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence at the Norwegian Parliament and informed legislators about political and security situation in Ukraine, the course of domestic reforms, and Ukraine's foreign policy priorities.

Mrs. Anniken Huitfeldt, Chair of the Committee, reiterated inevitable position of the Norwegian Parliament with regard to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and expressed solidarity with our state in carrying out reforms as well as readiness to share the working experience of Norwegian legislators with their Ukrainian counterparts.

The two sides asserted the high level of Ukrainian-Norwegian interparliamentary dialogue and discussed the results of the visit to Kyiv on March 16-17 of Mr. Olemic Thommessen, President of the Parliament of Kingdom of Norway.
