Within the framework of President Viktor Yanukovych’s visit to Belarus sides have signed a number of bilateral documents. The ceremony followed the negotiations chaired by Presidents of the two states.

The documents were:

- Joint Statement of President Viktor Yanukovych and President Alexander Lukashenko;

- Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Belarus on cooperation in cultural heritage protection;

- Programme of Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus for 2010-2013.
