Mr. E.Madatli expressed gratitude to the Ukrainian Side for non-recognition of the so-called "parliamentary elections", which were held on May 3, 2015 in Nagorno- Karabakh region. Ambassador of Azerbaijan also stressed that relevant statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine was appreciated by Azerbaijani media as well as by leadership of the country.

Mrs. Natallia Galibarenko confirmed that Ukraine remains strongly committed to peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on the basis of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan within its internationally recognized borders.

The counterparts agreed on the importance of intensification of Ukraine-Azerbaijan cooperation in different fields of mutual interest and of bilateral dialogue within the international organizations particularly on the issue of providing mutual support for sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries.
