While on a visit to Warsaw, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin met with Ms. Beata Szydło, Polish Prime Minister – designate and Deputy Head of the “Law and Justice” political party.
According to Beata Szydło, “Ukraine’s security is an integral part of Poland’s security”. A would-be Prime Minister of Poland underlined that the future Polish Government will take the most active stance to support Ukraine in the EU and NATO, in particular on settling the conflict in the Donbas region.
Beata Szydło has assured that Poland will further support introducing visa-free regime between Ukraine and the EU, as well as successful implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. According to her, Poland will continue rendering practical assistance to Ukraine in carrying out domestic reforms, namely those in the areas of decentralization and anticorruption.
