On March 9, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Head of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO Sergiy Kyslytsya met with Ambassador of the Lithuanian Republic to Ukraine Marius Janukonis.

A wide range of issues on bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Lithuania within the international organizations was discussed.

The sides expressed their satisfaction of the fruitful co-operation of the two countries’ delegations in the UN and UNESCO, particularly in light of the preparation to the 199^th session of UNESCO Executive Board which will take place next month in Paris.
