In the framework of the participation in the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia on April 27, 2016 in Beijing Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin met with his Turkish colleague Mevlut Cavusoglu.
The Ministers condemned the so-called “decision” of the occuping authorities to ban the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people by declaring it an extremist organization.
The Sides agreed to coordinate their efforts within the international organizations and forums for protection of human rights on the occupied territory of Crimea.
Pavlo Klimkin expressed his gratitude to the Turkish side for the rehabilitation of Ukrainian military families affected in ATO area.
