During the ceremony the Ambassador of Iraq was congratulated with the beginning of his mission in Ukraine and stressed Ukraine’s readiness for further cooperation with the Republic of Iraq, particularly in political and economic fields. The both sides paid special attention to the strengthening of the legal basis of bilateral relations.

Ambassador Bakir Aziz pointed out that Ukraine is an important partner for Iraq and promised to make every efforts for further enhancing of friendly Ukrainian-Iraqi relations
