On 24 January 2017 the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Ukraine Louis Telemachou presented copies of the Letters of Credence to the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on European Integration Issues Olena Zerkal.

During the meeting the sides highlighted the willingness to strengthen the dynamics of bilateral political dialogue, interparliamentary contacts as well as to further develop the bilateral trade and investment cooperation. They discussed also the bilateral activities for the current year and interaction in the framework of the UN.

Olena Zerkal congratulated Louis Telemachou on the beginning of his mission in Ukraine and wished him every success in his diplomatic activity.
