During the meeting the parties discussed the exchange of high-level visits, cooperation in the field of international organizations, in particular in the course of the Ukrainian presidency in the UNSC, security issues on the Korean Peninsula, commemoration of the 25^th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea, as well as implementation of the joint projects in energy sector, banking and engineering industry.

The South Korean Side has been also informed on the latest escalation of the situation in Donbas caused by massive attacks on Avdiyivka and Yasinovata by Russian occupation forces. In this regard, the Ukrainian Side expressed the request to support intensification of pressure on Moscow, which continues to blatantly disregard its commitments under the Minsk agreements.
