On August 16, 2012 Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Victor Mayko received Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Korea, Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Mr.Li Jae Oh.

During the meeting the Korean guest handed to Victor Mayko the congratulation letter from the President of the Republic of Korea Lee Myung-bak addressed to the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea.

The two sides also discussed current issues of the Ukrainian-Korean relations. The discussion was mainly focused on the prospects of intensification bilateral cooperation in all spheres of mutual interest.
