Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vasyl Bodnar accepted copies of the Credentials of H.E. Mr. Ali Daher, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic to Ukraine.

Vasyl Bodnar congratulated Ali Daher on the beginning of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine and emphasized the intention of our state to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

The parties discussed the current state and perspectives of the bilateral relations, expressed willingness to support the high dynamics of political dialogue and enhance cooperation in the spheres of mutual interest. The Lebanese side was informed in detail about the situation in Ukraine in the context of ongoing military aggression of Russia against the Ukrainian state.
