MFA to open new Ukrainian Visa Application Centres

From 15 June to 01 August 2018 new Ukrainian Visa Application Centres will be opening around the globe as a part of the MFA efforts aimed at improving visa services and making it easier for foreigners to submit their Ukrainian visa applications.

Information on VACs opening dates will be displayed on the websites of the relevant Ukraine’s Embassies/Consulates.

A total of 56 Ukraine’s VACs will operate in Algiers (Algeria), Luanda (Angola), Dhaka (Bangladesh), Yaoundé (Cameroon), Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai (China), Kinshasa (Congo, the DR of), Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), Cairo (Egypt), Addis Ababa  (Ethiopia), Accra (Ghana), New Delhi, Bengaluru, Calcutta, Mumbai, Chennai (India), Jakarta (Indonesia), Tehran (Iran), Baghdad, Erbil (Iraq), Amman (Jordan), Nairobi (Kenya), Kuwait City (Kuwait), Beirut (Lebanon), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Rabat (Morocco), Abuja (Nigeria), Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore (Pakistan), Manila (the Philippines), Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Rostov on Don, Samara, Yekaterinburg, (Russia), Riyadh, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Dakar (Senegal), Cape Town, Pretoria (South Africa), Colombo (Sri Lanka), Tunis (Tunisia), Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir (Turkey), Abu Dhabi, Dubai (the UAE), Kampala (Uganda), Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Harare (Zimbabwe).

VACs will be receiving visa applications from foreigners residing in the above mentioned states as well as render assistance in filling in and registering visa application forms, and offer additional services upon request, including taking applicants' photos, translation and making copies of supporting documents, providing medical/travel insurance options, courier services, text messaging, premium lounge services etc.

It should be noted that VACs are only authorized to provide applicants with pre-decision making services on filing and transporting visa applications to Ukraine's Embassies/Consulates. Visa decisions upon every application will be made by Ukraine's consular officers only.

The project is implemented in the frames of the successful cooperation between the MFA and "VF Worldwide Holding Ltd", a world leader in outsourcing and providing visa service.

The MFA is committed to further improving current visa procedures, implementing best practices and opening Ukraine to the world.
