It is known that paragraph «g» Article 3 of resolution 3314 ( XXIX) UN General Assembly of 14 December 1974, qualifies as an act of aggression sending by or on behalf of a State of armed bands, groups, irregulars or mercenaries, which carry out acts of armed force against another state.

Therefore, Russia assumes full responsibility for the escalation of tensions in some regions of Ukraine, deliberate destabilization of the socio-political environment, and exporting extremism.
