Cooperation between Ukraine and the Netherlands in the investigation of the downing of the flight MH17 is an illustration of good and fruitful relations between the two countries, emphasized the newly appointed Ambassador of the Netherlands to Ukraine Jennes de Mol during his meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Olena Zerkal on the occasion of presenting copies of credentials by the Dutch diplomat. 

The two officials stressed the importance of continuing close cooperation between the countries in order to bring all persons responsible for the crime to justice, both within the framework of criminal proceedings and in international judicial institutions. 

Olena Zerkal emphasized the importance of further practical Dutch assistance in the implementation of reforms and political support to our country at the international level. Ambassador Jennes de Mol stressed that Ukraine's significant progress in implementing reforms provides a solid basis for increasing economic cooperation between Ukraine and the Netherlands.
