In the framework of the signed in 2011 Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Ukraine and the U.S. Government on combating human trafficking American side was informed of the achievements of the Government of Ukraine and further steps that our country intends to implement in this field during its chairmanship in the OSCE in 2013.

In this regard, the U.S. side expressed its willingness to provide necessary assistance. Diplomats also exchanged views on initiation of new projects in the sphere of women empowerment and agreed to continue bilateral dialogue on the abovementioned issues.
