Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Today in Brussels, I was glad to meet with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at NATO HQ.

I informed the Secretary General about the battlefield situation, peace efforts, and Ukraine’s remarkable defense industry achievements.

We spoke about ways to further scale up the Ukrainian arms manufacturing with the support of NATO’s industrial base — for the mutual benefit of Ukraine and the Alliance.

I emphasised the critical importance of NATO’s PURL initiative and new contributions to it.

We also discussed preparations for the NATO summit in Ankara and its anticipated outcomes.

I am grateful personally to the Secretary General for his support of Ukraine and efforts to strengthen the Alliance and transatlantic unity".
