Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Another barbaric Russian strike on Sumy has killed at least 3 people and injured 16 others. A deliberate strike on the city center and civilians there. Russian murderers continue to kill while imitating diplomacy. The only way to end the killing is to ramp up pressure on Moscow."
