I briefed him on Russia's intensified attacks against Ukrainian cities and their consequences for our people and civilian infrastructure. With winter approaching, strengthening Ukraine's air defence is urgent. Together, we must make every effort to prevent Moscow from weaponizing another winter against Ukraine.

I appreciate Germany's leadership in strengthening Ukraine's air defence and its consistent readiness to respond to our most urgent needs. This support is making a real difference on the ground.

We also discussed the importance of expanding cooperation between Ukrainian and German companies across all sectors, with a particular focus on defence industry, investment, energy, technology, and joint projects. There is significant potential to turn our strong political partnership into even deeper economic and industrial ties.
