Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I had a substantial call with Foreign Minister of Romania Oana Toiu. I briefed my counterpart on Russia’s intensified strikes against Ukraine and our critical infrastructure.  We focused on the main topics of our bilateral cooperation, shared security challenges in the region, and implementation of the agreements reached during last week’s call between our Presidents. We also talked about the Romanian national minority in Ukraine and its educational rights. I reaffirmed that Ukraine’s approach remains open, good-neighbourly, and based on mutual respect and partnership with Romania."
