Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I spoke with Jean-Noël Barrot about Russia’s escalation of terror: murderous strikes on civilians, government quarters, and drone incursion into Poland. By deliberately violating Polish airspace Russia is testing Western responses. And these responses must be strong. Pressure on Moscow must be increased without delay, both by Europe and the United States. We must end Russia’s war financing. Ukraine needs additional air defense capabilities, especially ahead of the winter season. We need to enable the use of partner air defense together with Ukrainian one to intercept Russian missiles and drones together. It’s not the time for weak responses; they can only encourage further aggression. It’s time for peace through strength and real action."
