We discussed Russia’s intensified attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea and the implications of this terror for global food security.

We also spoke about Ukraine’s EU path. I thanked Radek for Poland’s support in opening Clusters 1 and 6. We both welcomed the adoption of the 21st package of sanctions against Russia — a decision we have been waiting for.

I briefed Radek on Russia’s latest massive attack against Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. We focused on the urgent need to further increase pressure on Russia.
