During our meeting, we discussed Ukraine’s continued commitment to advancing a just peace and the importance of the EU’s active involvement in ongoing peace efforts. 

We also focused on Ukraine’s urgent defense needs, as well as the possibilities to fully use frozen Russian assets. 

Further steadfast and coordinated European support, including enhanced cooperation within SAFE and European Defence Industry Programme, as well as timely deliveries through the PURL initiative, remain essential to strengthening our shared security.

Ukraine stands ready to contribute to Europe’s long-term defense. In this context, we exchanged views on ways to develop closer cooperation between Ukrainian and EU defence industries. 

We invite partners to expand joint production and integrate our capabilities, reinforcing our shared resilience and creating conditions for a meaningful path toward a fair peace".
