Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: “I had a meaningful first meeting with the Head of MFA Kacou Houaja Léon Adom. I am grateful to Côte d’Ivoire for its principled support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, including within the UN.

I informed about Ukraine’s efforts to end the war and achieve a just peace. I underscored the significance of African nations’ support for our efforts. We discussed current regional security challenges and ways to strengthen our cooperation. Ukraine is interested in developing mutually beneficial partnership and trade. I also invited my counterpart to visit Ukraine."
