Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Another deadly Russian attack on Ukraine. Guided aerial bombs struck civilian sites in Kharkiv, killing at least six people and injuring 59, including three children.
For millions of Ukrainians living in frontline regions, the threat is particularly acute. Guided aerial bombs have become one of Russia's main tools for terrorising Ukraine's frontline regions.
Cities and communities close to the frontline face this threat every day, while Russia retains the ability to launch these bombs from a distance and repeat such attacks again and again.
Protecting these regions requires depriving Russia of the ability to carry out such attacks with impunity. We are working with partners to reduce its ability to launch such deadly strikes.
When Russia uses its military capabilities to terrorize Ukrainian civilians, Ukraine has every right to respond and decrease Russia's terror capacities".
